Pediatric sites needed immediately for UNC- Chapel Hill FNP students August 29 - December 7th

Dear Wake/Central Region NP Council Members,

The University of Chapel Hill at North Carolina School of Nursing URGENTLY seeks pediatric preceptors for Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) students who lost their clinical spots yesterday (8/24/2016).

Each student needs 120 clinical hours from August 29th to December 7th; this comes to about one 8-hour day per week.

In addition to refreshing your practice, precepting for the UNC-CH School of Nursing provides access to the electronic resources at our Health Sciences Library (UpToDate, JAMA, JNP, NEJM, Clinical Key, etc.)!

Please contact me if you are able to precept even for a part of the time period. We are grateful for any assistance you might be able to provide.
